We keep it simple, reasonable, and put you in control.

There are no estimators, there is no haggling over the cost to perform each, individual task.  You are purchasing “service time” and you manage how that time is best spent.

By digital images and conversation, you share with us the “punch list” of tasks you want to be performed. We then assess the scope of work, the skills, the materials, and the time required to execute the work so that when we arrive at your home we hit the ground running.

We accept work on a full-day or half-day basis; the fees for services being $650.00 and $450.00 respectively.  Our experiences tell us that, in most cases, a full-day is preferable in order to satisfy our clients’ needs.

“Direct costs”, materials purchased for a specific client such as lumber, paint, and hardware will be charged to the client at cost plus fifteen percent to account for the expenses associated with research, procurement, and the delivery of products.  If the client chooses to purchase materials themselves there is no additional fee.
